i order an item on friday and was promised a delivery on Tuesday all i at to do was to phone up on tuesday to find out a delivery time because we had someone waiting on site to fit the item that day but when i call the Nottingham branch they said we haven't got the item so we will have to get it in so we can't deliver it... read full comment

Awful rude customer service - phoned up to see if an order that I had paid for was still due to be delivered, as seen email about wanting more information about company, fobbed off and had phone put down on me!
