Hi thereJust to say that we had fantastic service from Giovanni, Tan and Gulab this week at Castle Vale branch of SCS. They were informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I am also temporarily in a wheelchair and the fact I could get to all parts of the store was very useful. Looking forward to receiving my sofas soon ??

The lady who dealt with us very helpful and patient, she helped us decide which sofa to buy.She left us alone to wander around the store and didn't push us into buying something we didn't want.She was very pleasant and a pleasure to do business with.

Ordered a sofa from my local branch. They gave me 24 hours notice of delivery. As I work full time and a carer for my mother with dementia i called them to tell them I need more than 24 hours notice of delivery. They said they had texted a week before to inform me of the delivery date in which I hadn't received a text....
