Friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoy over hearing their interactions with other customers as they welcome them to the shop and help with queries. Some real gems to be found on the racks too

Volunteers here were so lovely and chatty, helped me reach an item when I couldn’t get to it and were just generally happy to help! I was on the till that day when that incident of the £100 jacket happened and that review what was recently written by the lady who was going to get it for £10 is not true.
