Generally, very good service under difficult conditions i.e. having a terrible employer. I've often found the staff friendly and helpful.

To the lazy postman, maybe try ringing flat door bells, rather than trying the door and then walking away because you can't gain access. Even though there is a trade button, and individual buttons for different flats. Absolutely lazy.
