I want to send my application for dvla he ask for 20£ for dlivery and orginaly its 7£ in next post office that make me crazy shame on you .

they are not willing to help, even when you have all the necessary information, they ask you to contacting DPD, which exclusively handles deliveries through Royal Mail. After insist it already arrived, and it suddenly discover it.
