The Asian man in courter is a heartless scumbag he wouldn't allow a young lady to return her paracel back. Worse experience ever I have had within Post Office services. Yesterday after work, I went to post a parcel on Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which I was guaranteed by 1pm next day. So I check on tracking to see whether it has been delivered and to my horror it wasn't delivered at all as promised next day... read full comment
