Went above and beyond (out of Post Office hours) to recover a DPD dropped parcel for us which was greatly appreciated. Friendly and very helpful people. Thank you so much

My one star relates to the service prior to 2 April 23 when I thought the service was consistently deplorable & unreliable.When I phoned today (8 April), the young lady who answered the phone was very friendly & helpful - bringing hope of a marked improvement. Good luck !
