Incompetent staff whom when given a full name decide to ask if your name is someone else's repeatedly; I'd give the benefit of the doubt but this is the third package that "isn't there". As you can probably tell from 99% of the reviews this Post Office is just very poorly managed. I don't think it's the staffs fault, just very poor management from Royal Mail. I don't need to explain why, just read everyone elses reviews.

The lovely lady behind the counter is super helpful, the shop could do with being a bit more organised as most of the time the post office is surrounded by stuff to go on the shelves. Overall the post office is great and super helpful
