The customer service from the older lady needs improving. She rarely smiles and makes you look stupid because she is particular about how silly little things like sticky address labels should be taken off a piece of paper. The woman needs to lighten up. I only go there because it's close.

Was served by an amazing character jay with her big smile… excellent customer service even though i just wanted a signed for delivery she boosted by letter to next day when shes asked me if they was anything important inside. Fantastic service would come again
