A very bad experience. The first time I went to pick up the package, I was told that I needed to bring ID. Okay, that's no problem. The second time I picked up the package, I brought my ID, and the employee told me they couldn't find my package, which was a waste of my time.

Told I needed to package my items in one parcel then when I got to the post office I was told to take them out the box as she has individual bags for them. I then asked if she could take the box to recycle as surely a post office has recycling especially one that is located inside a newsagents and I didn't want to the carry... read full comment
