Very poor service, they were so rude, I went to put my money £290, it didn’t go in to my account as they made mistake and they were not willing to accept the mistake yet telling me to call my bank.. one lady was very rude, her customer service is bad, doesn’t know how to talk to customers.. Lovely customer service, shops done up extremely nice ... however during waiting time be nice to have some kind of music on in the background rather waiting in long queues, just be nice to listen to some music.
