I had the misfortune of being served by Marion at the Post Office today. They were understaffed but her attitude, conduct and general bad service towards me was disgraceful. I shall avoid here on the future and I urge others to do the same.

It can get quite full in the morning time. Yet chaos does not ensue. Which is why people can and do complain.\\n\\nIf it were left to fall into chaos.
