Very slow post office, more often than not, the Amazon app supposedly isn't working so you can't send items back. Staff are unfriendly and don't feel they need to apologise if their systems are down. They have told you they can't send a parcel and then when you complain they miraculously can.

Save your time and fuel. Go to another post office.Will be randomly closed and only 1 person knows how to use the machine, One too many times it has been inconsistent and between mon - Fri at 12:00 till 14:00 it is unavailable due to 1 owner has his lunch break. Again save your time and fuel, try another post office.

The black man at the post office is so rude! He snatched a parcel away, went out for a smoke while we waited at the counter, and made personal calls while we waited to speak to him. Left us in tears. He should be sacked.
