The opening times say that on Saturday they close 17h00, but 15h00 they were already closed. Now it's Monday, trying to call them, the phone rang, someone picked up, disconnected again and the phone gives a busy call since (horn is taken off the hook). What kind of random service is this?!!!!

I went to Edgbaston Post Office to buy some Euros. Handed over my driving license as ID which unknown to me had expired 2 weeks ago. I was going away the following day so didn't have time to go back with my passport so the ladies tried everything they could to sort it out for me and by one way and another I came away with...

Really friendly staff. I needed photos taken to renew my passport and my forms checking and Heena & Raz were very helpful and provided a great customer service.
