Surprised by the number of negative comments here, at least my experience today was very positive. I rarely visited post offices so I was totally unfamiliar with the process. Every staff I asked for information today was kind and helpful, which led to a successful outcome.There is a small convenience store inside as well,... read full comment

I’ve been here twice to collect a parcel and both times I was told that my parcel hadn't arrived. Both times I walked out having collected my parcel after looked at their delivery book myself. My conclusion is that the staff is lazy, non serious and unprofessional. They are in need of serious training.
