Handled an online order from a vendor. After the package was erroneously returned to sender by the delivery company, they liaised with the vendor and organised the package’s interception and return to me, very helpful considering the item in question became out of stock after I ordered it (meaning I couldn’t reorder).... read full comment

Attitude against the public is disgusting think there staff needs training on how to deal with a member of the public that is doing a legal activity from a public place and the language is disgraceful
