Needed to get some Jeans to replace some that had split, no changing rooms and staff member did not seem to understand our needs.

Very helpful and friendly staff members at the Next store which is based at Resort World in Birmingham. Both Diana on the shop floor and Michelle behind the counter went above and beyond in resolving any queries that i presented to them in a very professional and polite manner.
