Was directed to this branch as the Northfield one seems to be closed forever?I had an issue with the Natwest app log-in.The lady at the reception called “Sue McElroy” had been so helpful. She was not rushing it and helped me along the process.The whole complex thing was a breeze.wonderful experience!⭐️
