I was at the branch for 20 mins, there were no cashier's at the desk, no one at the reception desk. Whenever i go in (not that often) i get great seevice.They get 3 stars bcs of opening hours.. i dont understand why the hours have changed (due to Rona), so now every1 with a banking issue has to rush into the bank at the same time which makes for longer queues and lets be honest banks have long queues anyway.
