Charged my mum £100 for pay at pump! Will prob give it back but it’s ridiculous there was no option to pay cash either

Complete and utter joke with pumps always closed.Cant pay at kiosk and use vouchers ,gift cards because mainly pay at pump only.This is one of the worst joke run petrol stations in the UK,nevermind Brum.
