Food items in the wrong place with incorrect price. When I queried with the lady on the till , she called for the so called manager "Aidan", well, what a rude, obnoxious individual. I would assume that basic manners when speaking to customers would be a priority, how wrong I was.Will never set foot in this store again.

I using love coming into marks and spencers and enjoy my shopping experience, however today on our arrival I was most disappointed with one member of staff in particular Alison it doesn't hurt to smile at your customers and make them feel welcomed instead we was greeted with a sour face very disappointing

Entered store, immediately surrounded by 5 staff , not acceptable behavior , left feeling angry. Customer service not resolved problem. Bad experience
