Very good, very pleasant staff,I go in once a month for cash for month with my usual list, they are so patient & decifer my scribble.THEY CALL ME BY M.RS lAWHowever, the website did not say they were closed on New Years day, my son took me up but they were closed.! Only went in to get cash from the machine, and it swallowed my card. Went to speak to a member of staff, who was very indifferent to my situation, and extremely smug, not at all bothered or interested in the problem. Even when I told her I couldn't get home without my card, as I needed it to pay the bus fare.
