Need to open an account for my son, applied online but had problems to upload the required documents. Went to the Erdington High Street Branch and Albert helped me out a lot and completed the application with me, he was really helpful and explained the process effectively. Done in under half an hour.

My account has been BLOCKED well over a WEEK and will now be for yet another week making it 2 WEEKS I CANNOT DRAW OUT out my MONEY . So I’ve had to now OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT BARCLAYS up at INSTEAD .
