Worst customer services experience the branch manager mr raja khan dont know how to speak with customers. I would strongly advise to send him on customer services course

Branch was supposed to close at 1pm yet at 12.54pm tried to enter to make a deposit only to be told they were closed despite about ten people still inside and the immediate deposit machine still in operation. Why say the branch closes at 1pm. Do you have to be in before a certain time? Very poor customer service
