I have went to this branch and no one is helping me with my problem

Went in to close an account and had to wait for them to call the head office as they couldnt close it manually.The advisor on the counter today at 1.50pm that served me had no manners and leaned back and started yawning with not covering his mouth nor excusing or anything?
