They never answer the phone which is hard when your trying to get your medication and you can't just go into the pharmacy. You can call from opening times and nothing.

I popped into the Rubery pharmacy today, not my local but I was visiting the area and needed some items. I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were and the shop looked so clean and fresh and had everything I needed. I wish it was my local pharmacy!

My 91 year old mother was refused to have her medication in a blister pack by the pharmacist at this chemist. It was refused because she doesn’t take enough medication to justify a blister pack ? My mother takes 13 tablets a day and I am not always available to supervise her medication as I live a distance away.The pharmacist...
