I was served by Zara this morning. This JD imo is the best jd in brum. The staff are great and Zara served me with a smile. I left feeling like I had a good experience. Why do they have a phone number which no one answers they pick it up to hang it up, absolutely ridiculous concerning im requiring about a click and collect from this store. Why have a number to not even answer, terrible service.
