Absolutely shocking service! They have about 20 staff all doing nothing but chatting or walking around aimlessly. Actually felt like I was interrupting their conversation when I went to the tills, zero customer service skills, nothing but attitude from all the staff I interacted with.

Abysmal service. Asked to try a pair of trainers. Waited for ten mins. Asked again and the she then asked her colleague to get them.
