Genuinely the worst customer experience I have had in a branch. Waited almost 3 hours just to have some minor details updated. If you can go elsewhere do it.

Superb customer service at the front desk. These guys know their business and found a workaround for my issue which I thought would be intractable. Thank you so much.

Worst customer service. They won’t take in account upgrading on a saturday at 11 am saying they are closing at 1pm! They plan to stop work 2 hours before since its weekend. Its a shame fora big bank to show poor customer service.
