Very large department store with a huge selection of everything. Very run down and dingey however has lots on offer and heavily discounted. At first I thought it was some random huge discount store but I was surprised to learn its a House of Fraser!

Stole £55 of me, they said they gave us a refund receipt but they never did and said our receipt was untraceable. Very poor.

Such a big store shame it was freezing needs to be changed into shopping centre with lots of cosy cafes and shops for older people
