I'm not one to complain however, I went in on Saturday to do some returns, the staff member (male) was really polite and said he will need to check with his manager as some of the clothes were gifts which were brought online and we don't have proof of purchase. Some of the staff are as lifeless as the self checkout machines they've recently put in. No smile, no please and thank you with no concern if there is a long queue.

Any H&M is always a place to find good bargains. Whether clothes, pants, party clothes etc. there's always some thing for everyone. I have seen a Hub which I haven't seen yet in other branches in Europe.
