The staff must be exhausted working such long hours no wonder why they have no energy to smile and just grunt at you. Unable to visit in branch I have rang Halifax numerous times only to have the call disconnected. Unfortunately the banking app does not have the answer to everything so pointless messaging them online. Absolutely ridiculous
