Always found the owners very polite and chatty. Nice people.

Staff are somewhat incompetent at doing the simplest of requests. I went to collect my item at 8am and the wan behind the counter spent all of 10minutes giving me false directions when my item was behind the counter. Ended up having to come back in the evening to collect.
