Lovely experience at Goldsmith in the Bullring, Birmingham. Met three lovely staff members, Donnella, Karen and Matt. They made me so welcome in the store. I had a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit whilst being served. Looking forward to visiting again. They have the right approach to customer service, 5* from me.
