Absolutely appalling service from this store. The girl with the glasses behind the till in the womenswear department has no manners and needs to learn some customer service skills.

If you purchase from this shop and want to return (despite still in packet, tags on, not worn etc.) you are issued with a credit note instead of a full refund, which is unlike all other high end fashion retailers. The lady on the desk is a racist she sees I’m black and says I used the shoes I ordered online outside when I haven’t even worn it outside, manager checked the sole of the shoes and agreed with me and offered me exchange, absolutely disgusting staff member. I had to argue to explain how I never wore this outside I tried... read full comment
