Brilliant service by Sonia, as someone who works in the customer service and coffee industry you can really tell when someone is going the extra mile and this is something Sonia did for every customer no matter how big the queue. I bought the mango bubble frappe but they didn't add the bubbles and just gave me mango milkshake ? by the time I tasted it I was already away from the store couldn’t even get it replaced?
