I’m extremely happy about the customer service. An African woman (who was in the till)told me to take a seat and she will serve the drink. She was pleasant and helpful towards me. But the costa card scanning thing was not working except that all good:)

They have to find a way to isolate the sitting area, it’s freezing, and you can’t use your laptop because it will face the people queuing, so there is no privacy if you’re doing some work
