It’s 3:27pm& they close at 6pm.. why have they brough in all the outside furniture and started to pile furniture up in the seating area so early.
It’s very unprofessional and unwelcoming to guests. Surely not pushing people out would make you more money between 3-6 or is it just laziness from your staff and management

I have ordered a single espresso and the staff at the till put a double espresso instead, which is fine, mistakes can happen. The issue is the barista was so rude when I said it is supposed to be a single espresso. She said “No is double!
