Danny was really helpful, friendly and professional. She put my daughter at ease and talked her through the process of having her ears pierced. She was careful to check she felt OK between each lobe being pierced. It cost £30, but we also got a free pair of earrings every month for the next twelve months. Great service....

Staff are rude, when seeking for genuine advice I'm met with attitude and lack of interest. Don't understand how these stores are still open
