Terrible experience, I was there on my birthday and was nothing but patient and nice. I needed balloons inflated, they popped the first and then the helium "ran out". I was treated like an imposition and annoyance, I waited 10-15 minutes for them to change the tank, the staff member was shouting and swearing trying to change... read full comment
