I bought a bed from this store which had a stain on it and later on when moving houses i booked an appointment with bhf to take back the bed.But they wouldnt cos it had a stain on it which was already present when i bought the bed from bhf themselves. The manager was quite rude without reason. So definitely not a place with a good costumer service. I do not recommend.

Was going to purchase a 3 piece sofa and 2 chairs Was refused due to living on first floor low rise flat and man said wouldn't fit threw the door apparently well how are you goinf to deliver it or sell the sofas if don't fir threw door Ways I said we had a bigger sofa and corner sofa delivered even a big bulky chair fit... read full comment
