This dump is a rip off. Cost me £85 for a single room which was a garrett. The lift wasn’t working and l had to carry my suitcase up several flights of stairs. If you have any sense do not stay there !!!! It was by far the worst hotel l have ever stayed in.

Voted the worst, YES, WORST hotel chain for 8 years in a row! Stay at your peril! Cheap is always foe a reason! There are a lot of hotels in London- go elsewhere, I implore you ? Do your research, don’t ignore the warning signs or airbrushed photos!

COMPLETE RUBBISH HOTEL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN POORER ROOMS DO NOT USE. VERY CHEAP ROOMS, VERY DIRTY UNCLEANED ROOMS WHEN I VISITED, THE COCKROACHES WERE MOVING OUT! STICKY CARPETS, UNCLEAN LINIEN DIRTY BATHROOMS
