Never answer the phone, the lunch times for the pharmacy change, and there's no notice online (so we can plan the journey out).The place has a run down feel, and often the Pharmacy staff are talking in the back area, or on their phones, and you have to wait until they are ready. Rung them 36 times within 3 hours!!!!They have never answered the phone.(to the BOOTS staff: I am sure that you will blame someone or something else...)
