Store opens at 8am but the pharmacy which inside the store st 9am…. So plan accordingly with this bizarre arrangements. Waites till 9am only to hear that the pharmacist is not there on time …. Again…,

Thank you to the pharmacist that helped me this evening, I asked for a certain item however she actually recommended something else for my symptoms, and without asking explained exactly how the medicine works and why the medication I asked for is no good with my condition. Used to be brilliant. New staff are terrible. Refuse to sell a Meal deal at correct price with the Boots card unless you download the app. Old staff were fantastic.
