The pharmacy desk for over the counter medication provides inconsistent information every visit. When you try and speak with someone they suddenly are unavailable.

Appallingly bad, after doing my shopping and filling my basket then had to mess around walking from till to till trying to find one that was open and then would take cash. I gave up and walked out.To boots - I wanted to buy products from you but I'm not messing around trying to give you my money. Very bad shopping experience.... read full comment
