Excellent breakfast and clean hotel. Great location for Birmingham Rep. Comfortable bed but very poor air con in bedrooms which during hot spells does nothing and the room remains stuffy, hot and uncomfortable! We booked an airconed room. Arrived aircon wasn’t working. Engineer is coming next week. Once the heatwave is over ?♂️. 400 rooms without aircon. False advertising I think. Everone we spoke to was pretty upset and ran out of fans. Hot conditions but don’t pretend that you have a solution if you don’t.

Connor and Essha have provided the best bar experience I've possibly ever had. Connor with his cocktail skills, Essha with his singing and smile in tandem they make the bar a must visit on its own, in conjunction with the wonderful hotel I would highly recommend for all visitors to Birmingham!
