Had the misfortune of trying to drop off 2 large black bin bags of new and nearly new toys to this store, I knocked on their back door and after about 3 minutes a man opened the door, I explained I had 2 bags of toys to donate and he looked me straight in the eye and told me to put them in the put them in the wheely bin,...

Firdouse is a bully. Please report any bullying and unprofessional behaviour you have experienced at this setting from the staff to the West Midlands Police to investigate further do not report it to Barnardos this is not a safe or professional working environment as long as firdouse is around you are in danger
