Opening hours really limited. It's not as if there is no demand. You have shut the branch in rubery.\\nA year ago it got 2 stars! So done pretty well to go down to 1 star. Closed on a Tuesday!!! With limited opening hours still in place you compound this by shutting for a day. Shocking!!

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would as much use as a chocolate teapot, most of the staff are rude and need retraining. The opening times are rediculous , also why move from Northfield high street where the elderly can get to easier, to a place where there’s no bus stops outside . Bloody money as always
