If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely useless hub: they don’t answer their phones, and unprofessionally mess around with delivery without efficient communication. They are impossible to work with.

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Casted many dirty looks because my friend dropped something by accident. Was told to sit somewhere else despite having a visible disability. You wouId think they would be more understanding! (And they call themselves professionals!?)Usually love coming to this store but won't be coming again.......

Can't go wrong with B&Q. Well stocked, spacious, A-Z for everything you need to do up your home, garden and drive. Reasonable prices on some things.I didn't like the fact that you need to book an appointment to sit with someone to design your kitchen.
