Had the worst experiences with Argos Bearwood. I first came to buy a knives set, they then asked for my ID in which I gave my BRP card but was told to give different IDs which literally the only thing they need is the BRP card. Excellent place. Does click and collect with eBay. Staff have always been friendly. Queues are handled well and not left waiting long.

Had a lovely encounter with a Argos colleague named Emma at the Bearwood, Birmingham branch. She went above and beyond to ensure I received my order placed during Black Friday, despite the fact that the delay was outside her control or even not her fault.
